Sažetak projekta:
HR: U modernim vremenima sigurnost funkcioniranja tržišta predstavlja imperativ za poduzeća privatnog, javnog sektora i gospodarstva diljem svijeta. Eskalacija ratnog sukoba u Ukrajini potvrdio je kako državni terorizam može negativno utjecati na gospodarstvo EU-a i ostatka svijeta. U recentnoj povijesti, svjetsko gospodarstvo postaje globalno i virtualno povezanije s visokom razinom međusobne zavisnosti, a s druge strane razina cyber/nacionalne sigurnosti ne ide u korak s vremenom. U modernism vremenima u kojem regionalizacija i polarizacija utjecajnih ekonomija postaje sve vidljivija, razina globalne sigurnosti je drastično promijenjena. Tome svjedoče sve prisutniji ugrozi nacionalne i/ili cyber sigurnosti s direktnim i ozbiljnim posljedicama na međunarodnu konkurentnost poduzeća, sektora i zemalja svjetskog gospodarstva. Dosadašnja analiza ekonomskih posljedica sigurnosnih prijetnji (terorizma, cyber napada) nije u dovoljnoj mjeri pridonijela kreiranju ekonomskih modela namijenjenih mjerenju njihovog učinka. Utjecaj sigurnosnih prijetnji, predstavlja još uvijek nedovoljno istraženu temu, te iz toga proizlazi teorijsko i praktično opravdanje ovog istraživanja. Koristeći se suvremenim ekonometrijskim alatima i metodologijom, projekt nastoji ispitati jačinu utjecaja sigurnosnih prijetnji na međunarodnu konkurentnost poduzeća, sektora, gospodarstva u svjetskom gospodarstvu. Sigurnost predstavlja jedan od krucijalnih čimbenika prilikom donošenja odluke o tome gdje započeti/nastaviti gospodarsku aktivnost. Subjekti i teritoriji izloženi sigurnosnim prijetnjama definitivno ne zadovoljavaju preduvjete na njihov gospodarski rast i razvoj. Provedbom znanstvenog istraživanja projekta pokušava se potvrditi koliko sigurnosne prijetnje negativno utječu na međunarodnu konkurentnost zemalja globalnog gospodarstva. Nameće se nekoliko znanstvenih pitanja, a to su kako spriječiti posljedice sigurnosnih prijetnji? Koliko sigurnosne prijetnje utječu na konkurentnost poduzeća, sektora i zemalja? Koliko se brzo prelijevaju negativne posljedice sigurnosnih prijetnji na konkurentnost poduzeća, sektora, gospodarstva? Koji čimbenici više, a koji manje utječu od sigurnosnih prijetnji na konkurentnost svjetskog gospodarstva? Odgovori na ova pitanja bit će dani u okviru ovog istraživanja.
EN: In the modern times, the security function of market is an imperative for private, public sector and economy companies around the world. The rise of war conflict in Ukraine confirmed how state terrorism could negatively affect economies in the EU and rest of the world. The world economy in recent history has become globally and virtually interconnected with a high level of interdependence, and on the other hand, the level of cyber / national security does not go along with time. In modern times where regionalization and polarization of influential economies become more visible, the level of the global security has been drastically changed. This is witnessed by the increasingly present threats to national and / or cyber security with direct and serious consequences for the international competitiveness of companies, sectors and countries of the world economy. The current analysis of the economic consequences of security threats (terrorism, cyber-attacks) did not contributed to the creation of the economic models intended to measure their impact to a enough extent. The impact of security threats is still insufficiently researched, resulting in a theoretical and practical justification of this research. Using modern econometric tools and methodology, the project seeks to examine the strength of the impact of security threats on the international competitiveness of firms, sectors and the world economy. Security is
one of the crucial factors in deciding where to start / continue economic activity. Entities and territories exposed to a security threats do not meet the preconditions for their economic growth and development. By implementing this project, it tries to confirm how many security threats have a negative impact on the international competitiveness of countries in the global economy. As a result, several scientific questions are being asked, namely, how to prevent the consequences of security threats? How many security threats affect the competitiveness of companies, sectors and countries? How quickly are the negative consequences of security threats to the competitiveness of firms, sectors, economies? Which factors are more and less affected by security threats to the competitiveness of the world economy? Answers to these questions will be given within this research.
