Career Center Open Day
On Thursday, May 24, the first Open Day of the Career Center of the Faculty of Economics, University of Rijeka will take place.
We designed an interesting program to present the opportunities offered by the Center through its numerous projects and activities to students and all those interested.
Doors of Career Center (Annex building) are open for you in the period from 8 am to 10 am! Come and find out about the opportunities offered to you during and after graduation, which allow you to develop professional knowledge and skills. In addition, if you need advice on how to write a CV, application or prepare for a job interview, we are here for you!
At 10 am, in Hall 4, there will be a workshop: "Time Management" and you will be able to learn why managing your own time is important in career development, how to manage your daily responsibilities and achieve business and private goals.
Starting at 3 pm, in Hall 6, you can listen to professor Miroslav Vrankić (CEO at E-Glas), who was ranked by Google as one of the 100 biggest drivers of change in this part of Europe and winner of the "Pride of Croatia" award for 2016.
E-Glas's mission is to restore the independence to people with disabilities. E-Glas tend to use knowledge, experience and high-tech opportunities to help and facilitate the daily lives of people living in difficult life circumstances due to physical disability, old age, disease or general infirmity. In addition, this innovative company in development is currently looking for new members of its team, so all those interested will be able to learn more about open positions.
