E-invoices in public procurement

The workshop entitled "E-invoices in public procurement” will be held at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Rijeka, on November 12, 2019.

The Act on e-Invoicing in public procurement (Official Gazette 94/2018) was adopted in October 2018. FINA has established a Central platform for exchanging all public procurement invoices. The workshop covers the legal aspect of e-invoices in public procurement, i.e. which steps must be taken to ensure that users receive and send invoices in accordance with the Act.

The aim of the workshop is to make it easier for users to fulfil the legal obligations when it comes to e-invoices in public procurement.

The workshop will be held by Viktor Obrol (FINA – Financial agency, e-Business centre).
