EFRI Freshmen Week
Dear Freshmen,
Welcome to the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Rijeka!
To prepare you for the upcoming student days, from October 1 to October 4, we have organized an educational program that will introduce you to all the opportunities offered by studying at our Faculty.
Starting on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, the Freshmen Week program begins – an orientation week at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Rijeka, with welcoming speeches from the Faculty's Management Board, professional services, partners, and meetings with EFRI buddies.

Meetings with EFRI Buddies will be held after the welcoming speeches. Each program has its own buddies and will go to their designated lecture hall.
Registration for attending the welcoming speech and the meeting with EFRI buddies is not mandatory, but freshmen are kindly asked to arrive at their program's scheduled time due to the limited seating in the lecture halls.
Furthermore, from October 2 to October 4, 2024, educational workshops and lectures will begin, and you are expected to participate in at least four activities.

Notes:
- An attendance sheet will be available at each lecture to track participation.
- The workshops "UNIRI brine" and "Smart Finance School" are held in two sessions, and it is sufficient to register for one session.
- The number of participants in each activity is limited, so it is necessary to register for each lecture/workshop you wish to attend.
- The registration form is available until October 1, 2024.
- After registration, you will receive a confirmation of participation via email. In the event of a higher number of freshmen registering for a particular activity, registrations will be processed in the order they are received.
Additionally:
- The distribution of student ID cards ("iksica") will take place at a time that will be announced during the welcoming speech.
- The welcoming speech for online students and part-time students will be held on October 1, 2024, at 5:00 PM via Google Meet.
