Our one-year global graduate programme is designed to help you
embark on your journey from graduate to one of our leaders of the
future. With giving you the opportunity to broaden your horizons;
offering you the chance to build foundations in your chosen function;
opportunity to gain international exposure; and to work with colleagues
from a wide diversity of backgrounds and cultures - it will prepare you
for your first management position and allow you to make an early impact
in your career.
You will be in the driver’s seat the whole way – it will be up to
you to take charge of your own development and manage your own career,
but support and encouragement will be given every step of the way from
managers and peers.

WHAT WE EXPECT
- Recent marketing/business graduate
- No more than 3 years of work experience
- Ambition for international career in marketing
- International experience is a „plus" but not a „must"
- Ambition, resilience, eagerness to learn
- High performance Academic track record
- Demonstrated Leadership capabilities through extra-curricular activities
- Advanced English
- Valid driving license

HOW LONG: 1 year programme + placement upon successful competion
