We cooperate with 13 insurance companies and 7 large telecom operators, and with the help and efforts of our advisors, there are no more "small letters" and visits to branches. We have been changing the market and shopping habits of Croatians for 10 years with the mission to provide top service and help citizens save time and money. JOB DESCRIPTION?
- telephone communication with Kompare customers: receiving and resolving user inquiries received primarily by telephone and secondarily by e-mail, social networks, mobile communication applications (Viber, WhatsApp…)
- kompare's support to sales consultants in communication with customers, call forwarding, and ensuring that each customer is processed in a timely manner
- support to users by completing the necessary documentation, creating an electronic policy, guiding through the payment process, entering data into the information system…
- resolving ad hoc situations with users who have difficulties, complaints, etc.
- kompare.hr service is completely free for customers, and we charge a commission to our partners for each insurance policy sold / contracted telecom service
WHOM DO WE WANT?
- we want a person who is great at communicating with people!
- the basic qualities we expect from you are comfort, kindness, calmness and care for the user
- preference is given to people with experience in customer support or telephone sales, but this is not a job requirement
- we work in a super smart information system, but it will come in handy actively knowing and using computer skills
- work in shifts (6 hours) on weekdays from 08:00 to 20:00 + one Saturday of the month in the morning; it is necessary to be able to work at least 20 hours a week, ideally 30 hours
