Metode izrade stručnog rada
Ciljevi predmeta
Studenti trebaju steći temeljna teorijska i praktična znanja izrade, dizajniranja, tehničkog oblikovanja i prezentiranja stručnih radova na preddiplomskom studiju.
Sadržaj predmeta
Pojam metodologije i tehologije izrade stručnih radova, bitni dijelovi stručnih radova, pripremanje strukture istraživanja, sustavi citiranja, plagiranje, pretraživanje bibliografskih izvora, sastavljenje literature, tehničko oblikovanje stručnih radova, priprema prezentacija i prezentacijske vještine.
Studenti trebaju steći temeljna teorijska i praktična znanja izrade, dizajniranja, tehničkog oblikovanja i prezentiranja stručnih radova na preddiplomskom studiju.
Sadržaj predmeta
Pojam metodologije i tehologije izrade stručnih radova, bitni dijelovi stručnih radova, pripremanje strukture istraživanja, sustavi citiranja, plagiranje, pretraživanje bibliografskih izvora, sastavljenje literature, tehničko oblikovanje stručnih radova, priprema prezentacija i prezentacijske vještine.
Menadžment ljudskih potencijala
Sadržaj predmeta obuhvaća: Društveni i institucionalni uvjeti razvoja ljudskih potencijala: populacijska politika i politika radne snage; investicije u formiranje kvalitetnih ljudskih potencijala; uvjeti tržišta rada i politika zapošljavanja; kolektivno pregovaranje. Upravljanje i razvoj ljudskih potencijala u poduzeću i javnoj upravi: pojam i značaj funkcije ljudskih potencijala: sadržaj i podfunkcije; organizacija funkcije ljudskih potencijala; analiza radnih mjesta; planiranje ljudskih potencijala; metode i tehnike planiranja broja i strukture zaposlenih; pridobivanje kandidata za zaposlenje; selekcija i uvođenje u posao; ocjenjivanje uspješnosti zaposlenika; nagrađivanje.
