Quality assurance policy of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Rijeka

 

Quality assurance policy of the Faculty of Economics and Business is carried out in accordance with the mission, the vision and the goals of the Faculty of Economics and Business and the University of Rijeka defined in the Faculty of Economics and Business Development Strategy 2017 – 2025 and the University of Rijeka Development Strategy 2021 – 2025. The Faculty of Economics and Business is increasingly focused on the implementation of the University of Rijeka Quality Assurance Handbook (available only in croatian language), as well as the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area.

The Quality Assurance Committee, founded by the Faculty Council, implements the introduction of the quality assurance system and supervises the implementation of quality assurance policy at the Faculty of Economics and Business.

The documentation of the quality assurance system includes the following:

• A statement on the quality assurance policy (available in Croatian language)
• The Regulations on the System of Quality Assurance 
• Regulations on the Procedures to be taken upon student questionnaires assessing Faculty teachers’ performance

All employees and students can make proposals by fulfilling the Official form for proposing corrective and preventive activities and measures enhancing quality – the form can be downloaded HERE.

 

All interested parties can make proposals in the following ways:

• fill in the form and drop it in a mailbox at the ground floor of the Faculty of Economics and Business next to the notice boards with the inscription "DEAN”
• bring it personally to the Dean’s Secretary (1st floor, room 21)
• send it via e-mail to dekanat@efri.hr. The Dean will read the proposal and answer by commenting and giving the proposal status and the feedback.

All proposals – suggested, approved, completed and rejected proposals – will be archived with the purpose of improving the quality assurance system.
