Realizator

Realizator is Rijeka's first case-study competition which in an innovative manner promotes cooperation between the academic and business community. The goal is to explore, formulate and present innovative solutions to the challenge under educational support and mentoring. The accompanying events foster creativity and innovation, networking, making of first business acquaintances and they offer an opportunity to enrich your resume with hands-on experience.

The first three solutions to each business case will be awarded cash prizes in the amount of HRK 3,000 for first place, HRK 2,000 for second place and HRK 1,000 for third place. Besides cash prizes, an award will be given to the most active team. All winning teams will have the opportunity to attend an official interview at Step Ri and potentially gain access to free support in developing innovative business ideas.

All students in Rijeka can apply in teams of 2 to 4 members. We encourage you to think "outside the box" while forming your teams! An interdisciplinary approach i.e. having members from different faculties will give your team a broader perspective and will contribute to your creativity in conceptualizing business solutions.
