REHEARSAL - ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK D.D.
Rehearsal is a program for economics students, consisted of an educational and a practical part.
The educational part entails an introductory lesson and training of expert and ‘soft’ skills. In the practical part the students will have an opportunity to work with a mentor and join the everyday activities of the organizational units of the bank. There are 20 spots open, for full time students of the final year of undergraduate studies or the first year of graduate studies, from the Faculties of Economics in Zagreb, Rijeka, Bjelovar, Zadar, Pula and Dubrovnik.
The program was started a couple of years ago with the goal of applying the economic knowledge in a business environment of a bank. A large number of participants has stayed at the Erste bank for further employment.
