The British Council at the Faculty of Economics and Business Rijeka

The British Council, the UK’s international organization for cultural relations and educational opportunities is delivering a presentation at 1.30 pm on Wednesday, April 10 2019 at the Annex Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Rijeka. 


The British Council has been cooperating with Croatian educational institutions at all levels for over 70 years.  The Cambridge English Language Assessment exams administrated by the British Council are known and recognized by schools, universities, private and public sector employers all over the English-speaking world.


Proof of English language skills is a prerequisite when it comes to international mobility within the Erasmus + program: B1 for internship programs, B2 for exchange study programs and even C1 level for the continuation of studies abroad.


Alongside general English exams, the British Council also administers Cambridge English Qualifications for Business. There are three levels: B1 Business Preliminary,
B2 Business Vantage and C1 Business Higher.
