The program is delivered entirely in English and is intended for students who wish to acquire advanced knowledge and competencies for working in an international and multicultural business environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study program is designed in line with contemporary trends in the global economy and enables students to develop analytical, managerial, and strategic skills necessary for decision-making in complex international business systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon completion of the program, students earn 120 ECTS credits and are awarded the academic title of <strong>Master of Economics (univ. mag. oec.)<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>WHAT STUDENTS LEARN AND DEVELOP <\/summary>\n<p>The International Business graduate program focuses on developing advanced knowledge in the field of international business, with an emphasis on understanding global markets, international economic relations, and strategic management in a multinational environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon completion of the program, students develop the ability to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>critically evaluate theories, models, and concepts of business economics in an international context <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interpret and identify contemporary challenges of global business <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assess the impact of internal and external factors on business operations in an international environment <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recognize principles, techniques, and modes of business at national, regional, and global levels <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>integrate knowledge from management, marketing, finance, accounting, and international business <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>make decisions based on incomplete and complex information using advanced analytical tools and methods <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>apply advanced statistical, quantitative, and qualitative methods in business decision-making <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>critically and creatively solve complex business problems by integrating knowledge from different fields <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicate effectively in spoken and written English and work efficiently in multicultural teams <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recognize and analyze ethical challenges in international business decision-making <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The program fosters the development of critical thinking, a strategic approach, independence in work, and responsible and ethical behavior in a global business environment. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND FURTHER EDUCATION <\/summary>\n<p>Upon completion of the International Business graduate program, graduates acquire competencies for performing responsible and professional roles in international and domestic organizations, multinational companies, financial institutions, consulting firms, and organizations operating in the global market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquired qualification enables employment in: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>managerial and advisory positions <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analytical and strategic roles <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>positions in international trade, finance, and marketing <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>roles requiring an understanding of international economic and business processes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon completion of the program, students earn a minimum of 120 ECTS credits and meet the requirements for enrollment in doctoral or specialist programs, ensuring further academic and professional development. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE <\/summary>\n<p>The right to enroll in the Graduate University Study Program in International Business is granted to candidates who: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics or Business Economics <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or have completed the Program for acquiring missing knowledge, skills, and competencies (Bridging Program) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Rijeka <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Detailed admission requirements are defined by the applicable regulations of the Faculty and the University. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>STUDY COSTS <\/summary>\n<p>Annual tuition fees for the International Business program (taught in English): <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u20ac2,000 for students who are citizens of the Republic of Croatia and other European Union member states <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u20ac5,000 for students who are citizens of non-EU countries <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details
