The program enhances competencies in internal and external financial analysis and key areas of finance \u2013 corporate finance, public finance, monetary economics, international finance, financial institutions and markets, and international taxation. It contributes to the development of skills and techniques necessary for creating sustainable business and financial strategies, effective financial planning, objective evaluation of investment projects, and risk measurement and management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It enables the improvement of the quality of financial management and service delivery in the financial sector, as well as skills for linking the public and private sectors and implementing business combinations. The program supports faster adaptation to European standards in finance at the business, monetary authority, and fiscal levels, and enhances the ability to analyze and apply financial reporting, as well as investment analysis of financial instruments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program is intended for finance and accounting professionals of all profiles \u2013 employees in the private and public sectors, financial institutions, agencies, consulting firms, associations, stock exchanges, and funds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA <\/summary>\n

The university specialist study program may be enrolled by candidates who have: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • completed a graduate university study program leading to the academic title of Master (magistar) or equivalent <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • completed an undergraduate university study program and obtained a higher education degree in accordance with regulations in force prior to the Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • completed a professional graduate study program, with the obligation to pass additional (bridging) exams determined by the higher education institution, or have at least five years of work experience in the field of the study program <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
    ENROLLMENT INFORMATION (CALL FOR APPLICATIONS, ONLINE APPLICATION, AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION) <\/summary>\n

    Applications are submitted by completing the online application form<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In addition, for a successful application, candidates must submit the required documentation in person or by post: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • list of required application documents (DOC \/ PDF) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • curriculum vitae (CV) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • certified copy of the diploma (applicants who graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Rijeka, or those with a digital diploma are not required to certify the copy) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • transcript of grades from graduate\/undergraduate studies <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • certificate of personal identification number (OIB) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • applicant\u2019s statement or employer\u2019s statement (in written form) confirming payment of tuition fees <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • electronic employment record (e-work booklet) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • applicants who obtained their degree at a foreign university must, at their own expense, submit a decision from the competent authority on the academic recognition of their foreign higher education qualification <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      TUITION FEE:<\/strong> \u20ac4,400.00 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Payment is possible as a one-time payment or in installments, as well as via student loans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
