It was established with the aim of enabling the application of the Faculty\u2019s professional expertise and research capabilities in addressing development, organizational, and market challenges faced by companies, institutions, and local communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Role and Scope of the Centre <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Centre focuses on the development of projects and services that promote innovation, applied research, and the transfer of knowledge into practice. Its registered activities cover a wide range of professional and analytical tasks, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>research and development projects and analytical studies <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consulting in business, management, and organizational development <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>economic, market, and socio-economic analyses <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparation of publications, studies, and expert materials <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support for the commercialization of research results and strengthening innovation capacities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This broad scope enables the Centre to operate at the intersection of science, professional practice, and market needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Target Partners <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Centre cooperates with organizations seeking reliable analytical support, expert assistance, or tailored solutions, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>companies and business entities across various sectors <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>local and regional self-government units <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>public institutions and agencies <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>associations, non-profit organizations, and development institutions <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>educational and research organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cooperation is aimed at creating concrete, applicable value through expert knowledge and data-driven insights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Principles of Work and Benefits of Cooperation <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Centre\u2019s activities are based on professionalism, interdisciplinarity, and the integration of academic and market perspectives.
