The project focuses on improving internship programmes, strengthening career guidance services, and developing students\u2019 soft skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Particular emphasis is placed on mandatory internships with host organisations, the evaluation of internship quality, and the development of digital tools that facilitate connections between students and the labour market and create opportunities for professional networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Project activities include training programmes, workshops, job fairs, alumni engagement, and professional development for internship mentors. These activities facilitate knowledge transfer, support the development of competencies aligned with labour market needs, and contribute to enhancing students\u2019 employability.
