Youth in Social Life

The Faculty of Economics of the University of Rijeka in cooperation with Europe Direct Rijeka with headquarter in RRA Porin organizes a panel discussion ”Youth in Social Life" in which all professors, employees, and students can participate, and will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022, at 2 pm in the areas of Torpedo Production Park (Rijeka Development Agency Porin d.o.o. Milutina Barača 60 / 1st floor, conference hall).

Rijeka's development agency PORIN deals with analyzes, studies, strategic documents, EU funds, and educational programs, and in this case, the center is young people. The organizer is the information center Europe Direct Rijeka. European Commission has announced 2022 as the European Year of Youth. The goal this year is to hear young people, their attitudes, and thoughts and point out the important role of young people in building a better, greener, more inclusive, and digital future. The European Year of Youth provides many opportunities to learn, share visions and meet others, and participate in activities across Europe, therefore, represents the right time to step into the future with a lot of confidence, with the hope of a soon end of the pandemic.
