Entry requirements / Application process
Entry requirement: completed 4-year high school education programme or its equivalent. An IELTS 6.0 English proficiency level or CEFRL B2 level is recommended.

Application process:
STEP 1
- First inform yourself at international@efri.hr about your application eligibility, possible limitations, especially for non-EU candidates (e.g. available admission quota, visa, administrative requirements, etc.) and about costs, such as fees, deposits or health insurance costs.
- If eligible and ready to apply, proceed with Step 2.
STEP 2
- Online registration/application through the Central Application Office (https://www.postani-student.hr/Ucenici/RegistracijaK.aspx). The application platform opens in February for the next academic year which starts in October.
- After logging in be sure you have selected our English-taught undergraduate study program with 180 ECTS, under the section "Moj Odabir”.
STEP 3
Physically send (by "registered post delivery") certified and translated application documents such as high school mark-sheets or high school diploma to the Central Application Office, including the Request for recognition of your high school diploma. Application deadline: end June. Please refer to:

STEP 4
- Waiting for application results of the Central Application Office (the ranking list) according to their Calendar https://www.studij.hr/calendar (look for undergraduate applications)
- Your ranking will depend on your high school average grade.
STEP 5
- If passed (placed on the ranking list), proceed with enrolment into the undergraduate study program according to the enrolment schedule and instructions given by the Admission Office of the Faculty of Economics and Business: https://www.efri.uniri.hr/en/enrollment_schedule__1st_year_first_time/33/21
- During the enrolment process you have to provide the Admission Office with your Croatian ID number (OIB-number).
- Lectures start at the beginning of October.
Important note: Please note that during the enrolment process you have to provide our Admission Office with your Croatian ID number (the so called OIB-number), issued by the Croatian Tax Office. Without this number your enrolment is not possible! You can get this number only at a Croatian Tax Office, in person. An online request for OIB to tax authorities is unfortunately not possible.
