Sales Intern - L’Oréal

YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Luxe Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region.  Position of Sales Intern requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:

·         Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of sales department’s activities.

·         Learning about sales processes and fulfilling different reports (returns files, staff schedules, split of samples and „Gifts with Purchase" etc.).

·         Preparing and delivering promotional presentations when needed.

·         Helping in preparation of certain animations and other sales activities.

·         Participating in analyzing sell-out results after animations.

·         Communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders (marketing team, internal local functions, finance, controlling, etc.).

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

·         Entry level profile

·         Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree

·         Is eager to learn and able to switch between operational and creative tasks

·         Has excellent organizational, analytical, planning and follow up skills

·         Is able to clearly convey the message in communication with various internal & external stakeholders

·         Works with responsibility and autonomy

·         Has good computer skills (Microsoft office, Outlook)

·         Enjoys working in dynamic and challenging environment

·         Is advanced in English language
