Opis pozicije:
We’re looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, having the chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Marketing Intern requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:
• Working on administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Creating purchase orders and code openings (My Materials tool).
• Working on supporting tasks in SAP (price check, stock report check, etc).
• Sending sales quotation to different countries.
• Acting as operational support to Vichy brand team (marketing manager, product managers).
• Performing analytical research support and creating reports for marketing manager and product managers.
• Working on marketing tasks such as creation of promotional pages, product pages, labels, basic marketing materials during promotions, etc.
Uvjeti za prijavu:
· Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
· Has active student rights for minimum of 12 months
· Has strong collaboration and networking skills
· Has an analytical mindset and is able to switch between operational and creative tasks
· Has strong communication and multitasking skills
· Is able to work in a dynamic environment and has strong planning and follow-up skills
· Works with transparency, integrity and with respect for others
· Is skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel and Power Point)
· Is fluent in Croatian and English language
