Lifelong learning represents a key response to rapid changes in the economy, technology, and society, enabling continuous professional and personal development throughout one’s working life. Through the systematic acquisition of new knowledge, skills, and competencies, lifelong learning enhances employability, fosters competitiveness in the labor market, and contributes to higher-quality performance of professional roles across various sectors.
The Faculty develops and delivers lifelong learning programs tailored to the needs of individuals, organizations, and the community, with a strong emphasis on practical knowledge, current topics, and the integration of theory and practice. The programs are designed to meet the needs of participants from diverse educational and professional backgrounds and are delivered by experienced faculty members and industry experts.
The offer includes approximately twenty accredited lifelong learning programs. Some are delivered continuously (ACTIVE PROGRAMS), while others are organized based on expressed interest from participants or clients (Program Database). This flexible approach allows for the adaptation of content, delivery dynamics, and formats to contemporary educational needs, while promoting a culture of learning as a lifelong value.
Lifelong learning at the Faculty serves as a link between academia and practice, with the aim of strengthening the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for successfully navigating the modern business and social environment.
