Admissions to the University Undergraduate and Graduate Programmes

ENROLLMENT IN THE UNDERGRADUATE STUDY PROGRAM

Enrollment in the first year of the undergraduate university study program in Business Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Rijeka, is conducted through the National Information System for Applications to Higher Education Institutions (NISpVU).

Candidates enrolling in the full-time program choose one of the following specializations:

Management
Finance
Marketing
International Business

Candidates enrolling in the online program choose between the following specializations:

Entrepreneurship
Management
Finance

ENROLLMENT

Enrollment is carried out after the publication of the final ranking list via the online enrollment system (ISVURI), which will be available during the enrollment period.

Enrollment Documentation

personal photograph (JPEG or PNG format)
identity card (both sides; PDF, JPEG, or PNG format)
proof of payment of enrollment costs (PDF, JPEG, or PNG format)
for full-time students from outside Rijeka and the surrounding area: proof of residence issued by the Ministry of the Interior (PDF, JPEG, or PNG format)

Additional Documentation

Students who have previously studied at a higher education institution in Croatia as full-time students – deregistration certificate from the institution (PDF, JPEG, or PNG format)
Students who have previously studied at a higher education institution in Croatia as part-time students – confirmation issued by the institution (PDF, JPEG, or PNG format)
Foreign nationals – certificate of personal identification number (OIB) issued by the Ministry of Finance, Tax Administration (PDF, JPEG, or PNG format)

Proof of payment of tuition participation fees for students required to pay them (PDF, JPEG, or PNG format)

ENROLLMENT COSTS

A student who has previously exercised the right to study at a higher education institution in Croatia as a full-time student without paying tuition, and who changes their program and enrolls again in the first year of study at the same level as a full-time student, is required to pay the full participation fee (€950).

Tuition fee (annual) for part-time students: €950

Tuition fee (annual) for the International Business program (taught in English):

€2,000 for students who are citizens of the Republic of Croatia or another European Union member state
€5,000 for international students from non-EU countries

ENROLLMENT IN THE GRADUATE STUDY PROGRAM

Enrollment in the first year of the Graduate University Study Program in Business Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Rijeka, takes place in September. Detailed information will be published after the University of Rijeka announces the official call for applications for graduate studies.

Candidates eligible to apply to the selection process are:

holders of a certificate/diploma of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Economics
or holders of a certificate of completion of the Program for acquiring missing knowledge, skills, and competencies required for enrollment in the graduate university study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Rijeka (Bridging Program)
