Global strategic management

This program, as a part of YUFE Skills of the future courses and is open for all citizens, anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of global strategic management, enhance strategic decision-making skills and navigate the complexities of international markets. The goal of this course is to understand the nature and implement the knowledge about basic level of process of strategic management.

  2. apply the methodological instruments of strategic management

Assessment

To successfully complete the course, participants must achieve:

a) at least 50% on each learning outcome

b) 50% of the total points for continuous assessments and seminar group assignment

c) 50% on the final exam.
