CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Program for University Studies) is a regional mobility program in higher education aimed at promoting the mobility of students and teachers within specific CEEPUS networks across Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe.
During the summer semester, mobility outside established networks is also possible (Freemover mobility), based on available quotas.
Participating Countries
CEEPUS member countries include:

More information: http://www.ceepus.info/
Students are exempt from tuition fees at the host institution and must remain enrolled at their home institution. Travel costs are covered by the National CEEPUS Office.
NETWORK MOBILITY
Network mobility takes place between partner institutions within a specific CEEPUS network.
The Faculty participates in two networks:
- SI-0215
- HR-1301 (doctoral-level mobility within the CESEENET network)
Students and teaching staff may apply depending on available quotas. Non-teaching staff generally cannot apply, except for coordinators and international office staff.
